Okay, here we go – back on track.
The weekend has been interesting. Feels good to be able to eat, and no PBing. Now to get back to doing all the right things – small amounts, no eating between meals, no chockies or ice creams or anything like that. It’s not that I eat much of those things, but given I can eat properly, they are extras I don’t need.
Going to do a lunch time walk today. And going to go for a walk tonight as well I think. Need to get moving again. I’m rearing to go to get down into the 130s.
